Compensation/Benefits Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
- Designs, implements, communicates and executes the Compensation and Benefits strategy for company by partnering with Senior Management, Mid-Managers, Human Resources Business Partners and Employees
- Supports internal and external customers through a Center of Excellence Model.
- Provides both strategic and tactical solutions for Compensation and Benefits Programs.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills desired to balance the needs of the client with those of corporate control and organization-wide consistency.
- Strong analytical and project management skills required.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for day to day Compensation and Benefits process improvement
- Administers and improves Merit Pay and Incentive-Based Pay Programs
- Leads the performance management process including annual employee appraisal program
- Researches and assesses the market competitiveness of existing pay structures, incentive and reward programs and employee benefit programs
- Leads the company’s promotion process
- Researches and creates innovative reward and recognition programs
- Responsible for improving benefits communication to include the distribution of annual benefits statements
- Develops compensation and benefits policies and best practice guidelines
- Prepares, collects and organizes data for benefit plan audits
- Establishes, negotiates and maintains contracts with vendors as it relates to benefits administration and consulting
- Ensures compliance with ERISA, HIPPA, COBRA, and SPD’s
- Leads the company’s annual open enrollment process
- Periodically audits Compensation and Benefits Program to determine program and practice effectiveness
- Designs and implements new Employee Benefit Programs

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors - Human Resources Mgmt, Business Administration, Marketing or Related Field
- Masters or MBA Preferred
- 7-9 Years of Experience-Minimum
Candidate Must Have :

Manufacturing Company Experience
Base Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00
Bonus : 5%
Specific Relocation Details : To be discussed
Travel: up to 10%
Candidate Citizenship / Residency Requirement : US Citizen or Permanent Resident
